Platform

To ensure your website can be served reliably the server needs to be reliable, eclaego uses Linux and the Apache webserver exclusively, providing industry leading reliability and interworking. The server hardware and software are monitored 24/7 and customers are always notified of maintenance work on the servers beforehand and, if required, the site can be served from an alternative location.

Security

Both physical security of the servers and the security of your website are considered at the design stage of very new project, our technical team have a great deal of experience in adminstrating servers and websites securely.

Data backup

To protect your data, eclaego have daily, off server, secure, disk to disk backup of all servers, and monthly offsite backups, so in the event of mechanical failure of a server, we will quickly have your site replacated to a secondary server, and access to your site recovered.

Bandwidth

eclaego will monitor how much bandwidth you utilise and if you go outside your predefined limits, we will contact you to recalculate your requirements.
