Whether designing for paper, electronic or other medias, we always follow the same process - we will Listen, look and research in a bid to capture your companies' requirements. We will then design a tailor-made product which communicates, with precision, the very essence of your company so that you are able to be recognised and understood in the market place. eclaego design believes that the perfect design is reached through following a number of steps, we also believe that consistancy is vital, your design will be given to one designer / technical consultant team, who will remain your contact point as long as you are a customer.

Requirements capture

eclaego will capture the exact requirements from you, the customer, interpreting your wishes and producing a list of requirements for the project.

Design suggestions

A short list of designs will be produced by ecalego including mockups and demonstrations to demonstrate our design ideas, at this time price guidelines will be provided.

Make desired changes

With consultation between you and the design team the shortlist of designs is reduced to a single final design and pricing is finalised.

Design document

Every design solution designed by eclaego comes with a document containing the design criteria, images, and colours used. This document can be the foundation ensuring future consistancy accross you business. The design document, along with other details will always be available for download from our customer portal.

Development

As your project is developed, regular updates will be published online in the customer portal as progress is made, you are free to watch and provide feedback to the designers.

Delivery

eclaego will make all arrangements for delivering electronic media to you, and provide you with a link to the customer portal to allow you to download in the future, new websites can be previewed in our staging area before being published to the public website. For print media, eclaego will carefully pack and send the project to you, anywhere in the world, and provide a download link for electronic copies as required.

Ongoing support

On going support is critical to modern businesses, whatever the media, it is critical to have up to date information at hand, eclaego's customer portal includes all invoices, control of your website and passwords, and a staging area for testing new ideas.
